Plain-language notes on what this website collects and what we do with it.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

What you share with us

When you use the "Tell us what's changing" form on our contact page, you give us your name, email address, city, your message, and, if you choose, your phone number. We collect this only so we can read your request and follow up with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Forms we send you

From time to time we may send you a link to a short form, for example to ask how a job went, to ask whether you would share your experience, or to collect more details about a project. Whatever you type into these forms goes to our own server and is stored in the same internal system as your original request, together with the date and a reference to your job or name if the link included one. We use the answers to improve our work and to follow up with you. We will only publish a testimonial or your words on this website if you tell us we may.

Who else handles it

Your submission is sent to our own server and recorded in our internal system for tracking customer requests, so we can follow up with you. We do not pass it to advertisers or other third parties. The form also includes a hidden spam-protection field that real visitors never see or fill in, and the server limits how often a single connection can submit the form.

Cookies and website analytics

We use cookies in two ways. You choose the second one in the banner that appears on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

  • pl_consent (essential, first-party, 6 months): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics so we don't ask on every page. This is set when you make a choice.
  • pl_vid (analytics, first-party, 12 months): a random ID that lets us count visitors and see the pages they view. It is set only if you accept analytics.

If you accept, we record a random visitor ID, the pages you view, which website (if any) sent you to us, whether you started or sent the contact form, and the time. We do not record your IP address or browser details in our analytics, we do not use the data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies. It is stored in our own internal system and is deleted after 13 months. If you accept analytics and then send the contact form, your request includes your visitor ID, so we can connect the visit to your request. If you decline, nothing is recorded about your visit and no analytics cookie is set. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline.

If you choose "Decline" after previously accepting, or you use "Cookie settings" to switch, we delete the analytics cookie and the data stored for that visitor ID. Clearing your browser cookies also ends the link between you and any data already recorded. To ask us to delete data connected to a visitor ID, send a "Privacy request" through the contact form.

Other third parties

This website does not use advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and does not embed third-party content such as maps, videos or social feeds. The one third-party resource the pages load is the font files (DM Sans and Playfair Display) from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google may receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which routes traffic to our server and may process visitor IP addresses and request details for security and reliability, and our web server may keep standard logs.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, provide services, keep business records, prevent abuse or comply with the law. Analytics data is deleted after 13 months.

Correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or record-keeping reason.

Privacy questions

For privacy questions or to make a correction or deletion request, send us a message through the contact form and start it with "Privacy request" so we can route it correctly.

Changes

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
